If someone asks you to name a person or a
thing you cherish the most, you may name your child, your spouse, your job,
your car, or something like that. There are many things we cherish, love, admire
and wish in your life. Let me ask the
same questions slightly differently. If
you want to name a person who believes you are the most cherished one, then it
will definitely be your mom.
Mother is
someone, right from your birth, who looks after you and wishes the best of you
throughout her life. You cannot substitute
her love with anything else. When we want to relate something which protects
you, cares for you, and looks after you, we relate it to your mother.
Why is the mother so
special? In my opinion, it is the only one you can rely on throughout your life.
Be a saint or a devil; you will have your mother by your side. You despise her,
ignore her, forget her, doesn’t matter, she is only a call away. Life would
have been hopeless if that love never exists.
Look around, you
see your dear wife. At a young age, they got married, followed your wild life, and then one day they became a mom. Like magic, they changed…. Before you
realize what happened they became a fully functional mom; caring, affectionate,
and responsible….. often resembling your own mom. They outperform as a mom. They also play
multiple roles: wife, sister, daughter,
daughter-in-law, etc.
While you were
still contemplating what to do as a father, they will come and give you some
tips about parenting. You still will be wondering what magic happened to your
naïve, slender, husky girl you married a few years back.
No man will ever
understand why they care so much; worry so much; spend time and energy so much
for you and your child. My advice… forget it. You will never find the answer.
During Mother’s
day, on behalf of all, I want to
acknowledge and thank all moms for your sincere love, affection, and caring for
our families. We admire you, respect you, love you from the bottom of our hearts. Without you, our lives would not have
so happy, calm, and secure. We thank you and wish you and all other mom’s a
HAPPY MOTHER’s DAY.
